Role Overview
As a Senior Recruiter you will design and execute talent acquisition strategies that attract assess and hire top talent across assigned client groups. You will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR partners leveraging market insights data and relationships to deliver hiring outcomes aligned with business priorities. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking operational excellence and candidate-centric execution while continuously enhancing Targets reputation as an employer of choice.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment for complex and critical roles from intake through offer acceptance.
Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using digital platforms professional networks referrals and direct outreach.
Build and maintain strong pipelines of diverse high-caliber talent for current and future needs.
Partner closely with hiring leaders and HR partners to understand business objectives identify talent gaps and recommend staffing solutions.
Conduct behavioral-based interviews and influence hiring decisions through thoughtful assessment and data-backed insights.
Extend negotiate and close offers while maintaining fiscal responsibility and a positive candidate experience.
Track and analyze recruiting metrics including sourcing effectiveness offer acceptance and time-to-fill to drive continuous improvement.
Act as a brand ambassador by authentically representing Targets culture values and career opportunities.
Participate in external networking and professional organizations to strengthen market presence and talent connections.
Lead or contribute to special projects that enhance recruiting capabilities processes and innovation.

About You
Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferably within product or enterprise organizations.
Strong expertise in digital social and data-driven recruiting strategies.
Proven ability to build trusted partnerships and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
Excellent communication organization and attention to detail.
Strategic mindset with the ability to balance creativity and execution in a fast-paced environment.
