Job Summary
Sioufas & Associates Law Firm a leading Greek law firm with offices in three major cities of Greece (Athens Thessaloniki and Patras) and in Romania (Bucharest) is currently looking for a legal collection attorney who would like to join its dynamic motivating and highly skilled team.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and passion for negotiations. You will be responsible to to manage debt recovery cases through the analysis of legal and financial parameters with a primary focus on telephone communication and negotiation with debtors and their legal representatives. The role aims to achieve sustainable out-of-court settlement solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Analysis of legal and financial parameters of each case
- Telephone or in-person communication with debtors and their legal representatives
- Negotiation to find a sustainable solution
- Drafting of settlements / out-of-court settlement

- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on negotiation and persuasion
- Ability to adjust to a fast pace and continuously evolving environment

Requirements
- Law graduate from a Greek or international university with a recognized qualification
- 2 years of experience in the practice of law with preferred involvement in cases of Law 3869 & Law 4605
- Excellent knowledge of PC usage and Office programs (Word & Excel)
- Excellent command of the English language
- Knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered an asset
