The purpose of this position is to help bring Gods children unto Jesus Christ by increasing understanding of His Church and its divinely appointed responsibilities of assisting in gathering Israel on both sides of the veil and preparing the world for the Second Coming of the Savior. This position will produce materials and messages that invite all Gods children to follow Jesus Christ. Lead powerful live productions to touch hearts minds and spirits. The Broadcast Producer 2 produces materials and messages and leads powerful live and recorded productions to touch hearts minds and spirits. Partner to find create and lead solutions that meet the divinely appointed responsibilities of the Church delivered via live events and/or broadcasts. Are you a highly organized creative production professional who thrives in fast-paced collaborative environments We are seeking a Producer to lead and deliver medium- to large-scale broadcast live event and video projects from concept through completion.

In this role you will oversee of the production lifecycle (pre-production production and post-production) ensuring projects are executed with excellence creativity and precision. You will guide production planning documentation approvals contingency strategies intellectual property requirements vendor partnerships deliverables and final asset archiving.

This is an exciting opportunity to serve as a key connector between sponsoring departments product managers executives creative directors and production teams. You will help shape project direction provide creative consultation and bring ideas to life by collaborating with talented teams and trusted partners.

Success in this role requires strong leadership sound judgment and the ability to build trust quickly. You will work closely with Resource Managers and Production Coordinators/Schedulers to assemble the right teams including internal talent service partners and vendors to deliver outstanding results.

Using Workfront and other reporting tools you will monitor project health proactively communicate timelines and risks and ensure stakeholders remain informed and confident throughout the process.

Beyond delivering projects you will play an important role in strengthening our production community by participating in communities of practice professional development efforts and continuous improvement initiatives.

We are looking for someone who brings both creative vision and operational excellence a professional who can lead teams influence decisions and consistently deliver exceptional production outcomes aligned with customer objectives and success criteria.

Required: Bachelors degree in business marketing communications theater arts or related discipline. Nine years of experience leading multidisciplinary projects or initiatives. Or equivalent combination of education and experience. Broadcast production and or theatrical experience preferred. Ability to proactively identify define and solve the most complex problems. Ability to influence strategy to address internal or external business needs. History of being a top performer in previous work assignments.

Proven ability to advocate change and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. Ability to create and deliver executive-level presentations. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Ability to accomplish work with minimal supervision. To successfully perform the essential functions of the job there may be physical requirements which need to be met such as sitting for long periods of time and using computer monitors/equipment. Preferred: Masters degree.
