What you will do:
- Execute effective troubleshooting techniques to identify root causes of plumbing issues
- Perform timely and accurate repairs to resolve plumbing and drain issues
- Install repair and maintain plumbing systems equipment and fixtures
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations
- Interact professionally and honestly with customers to help them understand pluming concerns and solutions
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of services including documenting pictures of before and after services have been completed
- Educate customers on best practices for their plumbing systems
- Adhere to company safety protocols and procedures
- Attend appropriate safety training as required by the company
Who you are:
- 2 Years Plumbing experience preferred
- Plumbing degree Tradesman or Journeyman license or apprenticeship
- Drain Sales / Service Experience Preferred
- Service Sales Experience preferred
- Familiarity with diagnosis and repair of residential plumbing issues
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems equipment and fixtures
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
