Business Development Manager Brendale $95k$115k Car Bonus Aerospace & Defence

Opportunity: This is not your typical BDM role. No cold calling no chasing dead leads. Youre stepping into a warm portfolio across Oil & Gas Automotive Defence and OEM clients all established all with repeat work.
This is proper consultative selling. Youll be working with technical stakeholders building long-term relationships and growing accounts that already have runs on the board. Backed by a solid estimator and ops team youre not selling fluff youre delivering real capability.

Experience: Proven BDM or external sales background in engineering manufacturing or industrial sectors. You can build rapport quickly and hold relationships long term. Mechanically minded or able to understand technical products without getting lost. You follow things through communicate clearly and dont need to be chased. Exposure to Defence Oil & Gas or OEM environments is a big plus.

Benefits: $95k$115k car allowance 10% bonus on target. Strong earning potential without the usual cold BD pressure. Youre working quality clients with real growth.

Extras: MonThurs. 33.5 days on the road half day in office. You plan your own week. CRM is Ascentis. Tight internal team. Big focus on ownership client wants someone they can trust to take it and run.
