Your new job About your main responsibilities
As aSenior ConsultantDigital HRyoullbe part of thePeople this roleyoullbe responsible for:
Guiding clients through digital HR transformations
Working alongside clients and leading project workstreams from planning through implementation with your team.
Analyzing the customer requirements concerning the design of HR systems and challenging the customer where necessary.
Analyzing andoptimizingHR processes.
Applying change management and project management practices.
Preparing andfacilitatingclient workshops thatbring HR technology tolife.
Contributing to generating profitable revenue byidentifyingadditionalengagement opportunities and building lasting client relationships.
Influencing and persuading clients and stakeholders to gain support for project-related initiatives and decisions.
Building andmaintainingyour knowledgeofHR technology and solutions on the market.
Contributing to the continuous improvement and development of our products and services.

Your skills and strengths About your unique contribution
A relevant masters Business Administration Change Management HumanResourcesora relatedfield.
Relevant working experience of 3 to 5 years withinthe HR fieldin a consulting/project environmentwith astrong affinity forHR technologydigitaltransformationandAI.
Demonstrable experience in working with HR technology or implementing HR technology.
Knowledge of the AI landscape (e.g. GenAI automation digital tools) and enthusiasm for guiding people and organizations inleveragingthese technologies responsibly.
Experience and/or curiosity in how to deploy AI within people related processes
Skilled in managing stakeholders and client relationships in dynamic and complex environments.
Resilient in stressful situations and able to perform well under pressure.
Analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to provide input to insightful practical and sustainable solutions for our clients.
A true team playerwith the ability toquickly and effectively integrateinto new teams.
Strong oral and written communication skills in English. Fluency in Dutch is preferred.
