What youll be doing
Creating relaxed memorable dining experiencesfor every guest
Sharing knowledge of our menus daily specialsand drinks with confidence
Anticipating guest needs and offering thoughtfulrecommendations
Working closely with the kitchen and bar todeliver seamless service
Upholding the high standards that define theRick Stein name
What were looking for
A friendly positive attitude and a naturalsense of hospitality
Previous waiting experience (great but notessential well train the right person)
An interest in food wine and seafood
Confidence in recommending dishes sides anddrinks to enhance the guest experience
A team player who thrives in a busyprofessional environment
