The Opportunity
This position works out of ourMunichlocation in the Laralab GmbH.
Your Tasks:
- Lead the delivery of software projects from planning to release ensuring timelines quality and budget targets are met
- Set up project structure planning milestones and reporting for clear execution and transparency
- Collaborate closely with Product Management to refine requirements clarify scope and align on roadmap priorities
- Coordinate with Regulatory Quality and Clinical teams to ensure software development aligns with medical device standards
- Drive continuous improvement in team processes communication and delivery effectiveness
- Establish and maintain strong communication with internal (cross-functional team of 1015 engineers) and external stakeholders
- Serve as the direct supervisor for engineers (line management responsibility)
Your Qualification:
- Several years of experience managing software projects end-to-end ideally in medical devices or similar regulated industries
- Proven people management experience (direct reports or team leadership)
- Strong understanding of software life cylce processes (agile release planning backlog management)
- Ability to coordinate across engineering product quality and regulatory functions
- Strong communication structured problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Degree in Engineering Computer Science Biomedical Engineering or related field
