Your work profile

Project Governance & Coordination

Support overall project governance for the Oracle ERP implementation program.
Coordinate with functional technical and business teams to track project deliverables.
Organize and manageproject steering committee meetings and status review meetings.
Maintain project documentation standards and governance frameworks.

Project Planning & Tracking

Develop and maintainproject plans milestones and timelines.
Track project progress against schedules and highlight potential delays or risks.
Monitor deliverables across multiple workstreams such as Finance SCM Manufacturing and HR.

Risk & Issue Management

Maintainrisk and issue logsand ensure timely resolution.
Escalate project risks and blockers to project leadership when necessary.
Track mitigation plans and ensure accountability.

Reporting & Documentation

Prepareweekly and monthly project status reportsfor management.
Maintain key project documents such as:
Project plans
RAID logs (Risks Assumptions Issues Dependencies)
Action trackers
Change requests
Provide management dashboards showing project progress and KPIs.

Stakeholder Communication

Act as a communication bridge between project teams leadership and stakeholders.
Ensure timely updates on project progress and deliverables.
Facilitate cross-team coordination during critical phases liketesting cutover and go-live.

Change Management Support

Track scope changes and manage thechange request process.
Ensure changes are documented approved and communicated.

Key skills required

Bachelors or masters degree or related fields.

Strong knowledge ofERP implementation lifecycle.
Experience supportinglarge transformation or ERP projects.
Excellentproject tracking and reporting skills.
Strong documentation and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in tools such as:
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft PowerPoint
Project management tools (e.g. MS Project Jira Smartsheet)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations.
510 years of experience inPMO or project coordination roles.
Experience working incross-functional ERP programsinvolving multiple modules.
Understanding offinance supply chain or manufacturing processes.
