Your work profile
- 09 to 15 years of progressive experience in IT management or consulting with at least 5 years focused on leading OCI or major cloud practices.
- 2. Profound understanding of enterprise-grade OCI ecosystems and their integration with hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
- 3. Strategic knowledge of cloud governance security (Zero Trust) and compliance at scale.
- 4. Experience overseeing large-scale ERP migrations (e.g. Oracle Fusion EBS) to OCI.
- 5. Proven track record of managing and inspiring large cross-functional technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with OIC Reporting (BIP/OTBI) and technical teams for integrations and reporting requirements
Client Interaction & Collaboration
- Participate in client workshops design discussions and solution walkthroughs
- Work closely with client Finance PMO and Project Accounting stakeholders
- Provide clear explanations of system functionality and business processes
- Support UAT cycles defect resolution and client sign-off activities
Team Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
- Work under the guidance of Managers and Functional Leads
- Support and review work of Consultants and junior team members
- Contribute to reusable assets templates and delivery accelerators
- Share best practices and learnings within the Financials-PPM practice
Education
MBA BE CA Bcom Mcom Bsc
Key skills required
- 47 years of experience in Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud Applications
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Financials and PPM
- Experience working on at least one end-to-end Financials-PPM implementation
- Good understanding of finance accounting and project accounting concepts
- Experience working in a global delivery or offshore model
