Job Description
- Registered Nurse NICU Float Pool
- Full Time Days
- 36 hrs/week
- Rotate Weekends/Holidays
- Benefits Eligible
We are hiring an RN for our NICU Float Pool. This is a full time day shift position that will float between 3 of our hospital locations. Our locations include Lees Summit North Kansas City and Plaza areas. Schedules are written 8 10 weeks in advance.
Responsibilities:
Functions independently and accountable for utilizing the nursing process.
Coordinates the care for a group of patients with the Multidisciplinary Team.
Delegates tasks appropriately.
Identifies hospital resources.
Serves as a clinical resource for new employees.
Demonstrates positive formal or informal leadership within unit or
department.
