We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role ofManager - Product Owner.

In this role you will:

  • DOME Product Engineer/Owner will look at sectors such as e-comm marketplaces sharing economy Payment Service Providers brokers. Product Engineer/Product Owner acts as a Business commercialization enabler (for material creation market research proposition-wrapping delivery to sales & frontline counterparts) for Asia GPS Solutions.
  • The central business management team including data paper governance and investments will be the team governing our Product Engineering resources and be enablers to the DOME commercial-focused teams. Based on the scalability of the Product Engineering/offshore teams plan to re-mobilize some of team members into the commercial team.
  • PE/PO to front end the Product governance and payments risk management forums Manage Product 3rd party management (Third Party Engagement Manager and Partnerships manager). PE/PO should be able to create the MIS & metrics around Client Intelligence through AI use cases primarily on efficiency & knowledge management.
  • Responsible for supporting global product development and delivery in collaboration with Regional and Country Product team as well as Technology and Operations partners for Core Payments Products.
  • Core payments products include Electronic and Paper Payments (e.g. Cash Cheque Real time payments (RTP) and ACH/Low Value payments). This role will primarily support Paper Receivables and Payables Payment products and will execute the paper to digital payments strategy. The role also supports product/project commercialization.
  • Support delivering assigned projects/initiatives that enhances the commercial viability of the product by working closely with Technology Operations Onboarding Servicing and other partner teams.
  • Support in conducting end-to-end product reviews outlining all key dependencies input sources capabilities business improvement opportunities and recommending/implementing risk mitigation steps as necessary. Support in delivering quality management reporting product presentations benefits tracking.
  • Support formulating global commercialization framework and plan for assigned products in Core Payments to grow revenue and market share in line with the wider GPS strategy. Support developing marketing materials campaign design conducting market research in close collaboration with regional and country product teams and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure all requirements are aligned to strategic objectives existing operating models and all exceptions are duly recorded and ratified. Ensure all requirements have suitable benefits associated with it and full traceability on ownership of requirements and success criteria for each requirement.
  • Support the Product Owner to drive commercialization of the change across markets enable benefit realization.

To be successful you will:

  • Experience in Transaction banking preferably in Payments product including receivable management (electronic and paper based).
  • Proven experience in Project management requirement analysis business case development risk management marketing support.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze complex problems interpret customer and/or operational needs and develop integrated creative solutions.
  • Proven ability to run effective workshops and trainings for client business users.
  • Strong aptitude with Data Analysis and Interpretation skills - the ability to critically evaluate information gathered across multiple sources using multiple analysis techniques reconcile variances and recommend proposals to senior and key stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify the root causes of problems and generate effective solutions. Alongside this adaptability is key as Strategic Business Change s must be able to pivot quickly in response to new information or changing circumstances ensuring that the change process remains on track despite obstacles.
