Hinderer Motor Company is looking for a reliable hands-on Facilities Maintenance Technician to help keep our buildings and grounds in top shape.
This is a steady full-time position with a consistent MondayFriday day shift no nights.- only occasional after-hours or weekend work if an urgent issue arises.
Were looking for someone who shows up works hard and takes pride in doing the job right.
What Youll Do
- Lawn care including mowing trimming edging and general grounds keeping
- Snow and ice removal during winter months
- Basic repairs (doors locks lighting windows etc.)
- Light plumbing work (clogs leaks toilets faucets)
- Identify and report electrical or maintenance issues
- Keep track of supplies and equipment
- Respond to maintenance requests and help keep things running smoothly

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous maintenance or facilities experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing carpentry and electrical
- Ability to safely use tools and equipment
- Ability to lift and move heavy items
- Valid drivers license
- Must pass background check and drug screening
Job Details
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday Day Shift
- Occasional weekend work as needed
