Overnight Shift Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive overnight supervision and care
- Assist with nighttime routines and morning preparation
- Help with mobility repositioning and incontinence care as needed
- Offer companionship and reassurance during nighttime hours
- Perform light housekeeping and prepare simple meals/snacks if needed
- Monitor client condition and report any changes
- Complete required documentation
What Were Looking For:
- Compassionate patient and reliable individuals
- Comfortable working overnight hours in a home setting
- Ability to stay alert and responsive throughout the shift
- Strong communication skills and ability to connect with seniors
- Prior experience (PCA orCNA) preferredbut we will train the right candidate
Requirements:
- Valid drivers license auto insurance and reliable vehicle (must be willing to drive to/from client homes)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Current TB test and physical (bonus helps cover cost)
- CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- 2 personal and 2 professional references
- Fluent in English (read/write/speak)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
