Job Summary
POSITION SUMMARY:The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for data entry of Hattiesburg Clinic physicians charges special billing charges and payments in the practice management system. The Data Entry Specialist must also organize and upload all billing correspondence into appropriate & EXPERIENCE:High school diploma or equivalent requiredProficient in Microsoft Office specifically Excel (highly recommended but not required)QUALIFICATIONS:Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionMust be efficient on the keyboardMust maintain accuracy with increased work volumeMust be flexible with overtime and schedule changes to accommodate departmental needsMust have good attendance and punctualityMust be able to get along well with fellow employeesWORK SCHEDULE:Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM
