Join our team in a Critical Care Unit where you will provide compassionate care to patients alongside a dedicated team of Registered Nurses (RNs). You will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs administering treatments and ensuring patient comfort and safety. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality patient care.
How youll contribute
A ICU RNwho excels in this role:
- Performs duties as assigned and requested.
- Completesfocusedpatient assessments and reassessments based on patients condition procedures medications and treatments.
- Adequately assesses and reassesses pain;utilizesappropriate painmanagement techniques.
- Provides patient care and communicates effectively with patients of all ages and with specific needs.
- Demonstrates knowledge of medications and ensures correct administration following the six rights to minimize medication errors.
- Assistsphysicians with procedures and provides services requiring technical and manual skills.
- Performs treatments and delivers care withinlicensurescope.
- Ensures patient safety by performing all aspects of care in an environment that reduces the likelihood of errors.
- Operates and manages equipment safely and correctly.
- Educates patients and families on disease processes and recovery expectations.
- Participates in performance improvement and continuing education.
- Provides quality patient care and works flexible shifts/units as needed.
- Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

What were looking for
Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a bachelors degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
- Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
- ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire.
- One year of ICU experience required
- ASLS certification preferred
