PMO Business & Financial Analyst

Job Purpose and Impact
We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented professional to join our PMO team as a PMO Business & Financial Analyst. This role will work closely with the Managing Director PMO Lead and cross-functional teams acting as a key partner in evaluating tracking and optimizing strategic and commercial initiatives across the business.
The position requires a strong combination of financial acumen strategic thinking and digital capabilities to enhance decision-making and improve reporting efficiency through automation and advanced analytics.
Key Accountabilities
Financial Analysis & Project Evaluation
- Build and evaluate business cases for strategic and commercial projects (ROI NPV IRR payback sensitivity analysis).
- Provide financial insights to support decision-making at leadership level.
- Monitor project performance and track value realization post-implementation.
- Identify risks and deviations proposing corrective actions.
Business Partnering
- Act as a strategic partner to commercial and operational teams.
- Challenge assumptions and ensure financial robustness of initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve pricing strategies margins and profitability.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports for leadership.
- Standardize PMO reporting processes across projects and business units.
- Ensure timely and accurate visibility of project performance.
- Explore and implement AI-based solutions to enhance efficiency and insight generation.
Cross-Business Collaboration
- Support initiatives across multiple business segments (Aqua & Livestock).
- Develop a deep understanding of key value drivers across the portfolio.
- Enable data-driven decision-making across functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Engineering Business Administration or related field.
- MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus.
Experience
- Experience in Finance FP&A Consulting or PMO-related roles.
- Proven experience in financial modeling and business case development.
- Experience working with commercial teams and influencing business decisions.
- Exposure to pricing analysis and profitability management is highly desirable.
