Parts Driver / Warehouse Attendant Job Description
Position Summary
The Parts Driver is responsible for delivering and picking up automotive parts and equipment for the dealership. This role also supports warehouse operations and provides limited assistance at the parts counter ensuring efficient workflow and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and pick up parts and equipment for customers wholesale accounts and vendors in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the parts department and delivery areas
- Assist with receiving stocking and posting incoming orders to ensure quick availability for technicians and customers
- Perform daily inventory smart counts to support accurate inventory control
- Provide support to the Parts Department including assisting Quick Lane operations during assigned shifts
- Offer limited assistance at the parts counter as needed
Schedule
- Full-time position
- Monday through Friday with weekend availability as needed
- Typical hours:
- TuesdayFriday: 8:30 AM 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Ability to workday shifts (required)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication and customer service abilities
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Work Environment
- In-person role based at the dealership
- Combination of driving warehouse and indoor counter support duties
