We are seeking a detail-oriented and focused Production Associate to support our Sublimation and Hand Stamp departments. This role is responsible for producing high-quality custom products using printing and fabrication equipment while maintaining accuracy efficiency and safety standards.

You must be detail-oriented and hopefully have experience working in a fast-paced environment. You will operate electro-mechanical printing cutting and engraving equipment to ensure that products are produced and shipped according to the order specifications and production schedules.

What youll do:
- Prepare and print customer orders using CorelDRAW and Epson SureColor printers
- Operate GeoKnight heat presses to complete sublimation products
- Review artwork and job specifications to ensure accuracy before production
- Manufacture hand stamps using equipment such as table saws and drill presses
- Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals
- Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures especially when operating machinery
To do well in this role youll need to:
- Experience with CorelDRAW or similar design software preferred
- Previous production or manufacturing experience is a plus
- Ability to operate or learn to operate heat presses saws and drill presses
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks
- Comfortable working with hands and using tools/machinery
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
