Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site role. It includes overnight chaperone and on call duties once per week plus one working weekend per month (Saturday and Sunday).

Running assessments with candidates ensuring there is a fair testing environment
Scoring candidates using set criteria and providing clear feedback
Discussing career options with candidates and guiding them through next steps
Writing reports to help Recruiters and Trainers understand each candidates abilities
Essential qualifications/skills/experience
Clear communication and people skills
Supportive and approachable attitude
Team player with good organisation and attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office
Full UK Drivers Licence
Desirable qualifications/skills/experience
Some knowledge of Army careers
