Your work profile
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle FDI across ERP HCM and SCM domains.
- Define and execute enterprise data and analytics strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Set up and configure analytics environments from scratch through deployment and optimization.
- Act as a senior client-facing leader engaging with C-suite stakeholders and driving strategic initiatives.
- Manage large-scale multi-million-pound programs with full delivery ownership and P&L accountability.
- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding analytics capabilities.
- Establish governance frameworks data standards and compliance processes.
- Deliver executive dashboards and insights to accelerate decision-making cycles.
- Lead cross-functional global teams and mentor resources to build high-performing analytics organizations.
- Collaborate with architects business leaders and vendors to ensure scalable and future-ready solutions.
- Ensure adoption of analytics solutions through training and change management initiatives.
Key skills required
- Bachelors or masters degree or related fields.
- 15 years in Data & Analytics with strong expertise in Oracle FDI.
- Proven experience in enterprise-wide analytics transformation programs.
- Strong client-facing experience with C-level stakeholder engagement.
- Expertise in Oracle Fusion (ERP HCM SCM) analytics.
- Experience in OBIEE / Oracle Analytics / Oracle Cloud technologies.
- Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing large teams and complex multi-vendor environments.
Ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
