About the role

In this Europe level leadership role you will be accountable for the success of key assets within the Bone and FcFree portfolios (Evenity and Cimzia). You will provide cross functional leadership across European functions represent Europe in global Asset strategic forums and translate strategy into actionable regional and country plans lifecycle management and long term portfolio growth across multiple indications. You will be part of the Immunology EU Operations Leadership Team. You will work closely with the EU areas and countries and enable them towards achieving the ambition over short/ mid term

Who youll work with

You will collaborate with European and country teams across various departments. You will also partner closely with external stakeholders and lead European level alliance governance with external partners.

What will you do

• Provide cross functional leadership and coordination of European functions across the Bone and FcFree portfolio (Evenity and Cimzia).
• Drive regional and country strategic alignment through insight driven planning brand reviews and market and competitive monitoring.
• Lead cross functional and marketing planning processes ensuring strong execution and measurable impact at European level.
• Represent Europe in global strategy cocreation and asset governance ensuring regional needs and insights shape global priorities.
• Enable countries with platforms programs best practice sharing and community leadership to support launches and sustainable growth.
• Support and carry out major European projects including regional congresses events peer programs and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead European alliance governance for Bone aligning goals and ensuring financial and performance targets are met.

Interested For this position youll need the following education experience and skills:

• Bachelors or masters degree required; advanced degree in life sciences business or strong commercial experience preferred. Bone experience is a plus.
• At least 10 years healthcare - of which 5yrs minimum leadership including coaching and talent development in sales marketing market access or medical affairs experience in pharma.
• Proven leadership at European or multi-country level with the ability to lead in cross-functional matrix environments.
• Strong record in commercial launches and growth within complex portfolios.
• Solid business financial analytical and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Digital and omnichannel mindset; skilled in executing scalable strategies.
• Demonstrated ethics compliance and responsible leadership.
