Were looking for a Junior Accounting & Reporting Expert to join our team. This role offers hands-on involvement in core accounting and finance activities including month-end close payments reconciliations reporting and audit support within a collaborative environment.
Your daily life:
- Support the month-end close process including preparation of journal entries account and bank reconciliations and assisting with financial reporting.
- Handle accounts receivable payment closures and manage accounts payable booking and payment settlements.
- Assist during financial audits by preparing documentation and responding to auditor requests.
- Assist in monitoring and resolving discrepancies or variances in accounts.
- Support the preparation and review of expense reports in the Company expense system.
What you bring:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Accounting or Applied Economics (Masters is a plus).
- Some experience or internships in accounting or finance.
- Good command of English and Bulgarian (written and spoken).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel Word Teams).
- Experience with Sage Intacct or Ramp is considered an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to work in our Sofia office as needed.
