Summary:
The Field Inventory Associate plans schedules and monitors inbound movement of materials from suppliers and determines material requirements in order to coordinates the efficient movement of materials with purchasing production and engineering. Additionally in this role you will develop specifications for new contract orders.
What You Will do:
- Receive store issue and distribute materials equipment parts and supplies based on requisitions
- Maintain accurate inventory records reports and metrics to support audit readiness and address quality issues with Branch management
- Compile review and maintain purchase orders requisitions and related documentation using an ERP system
- Verify inventory accuracy through physical counts cycle counts and annual full inventory; investigate discrepancies and submit adjustments
- Determine and maintain proper storage identification and stock locations in an orderly manner including occasional operating room locations
- Dispose of damaged expired or defective items in accordance with established procedures
- Conduct cycle counts across hospital and office locations throughout the territory and reconcile results with company inventory systems
- Ensure signed Customer Consignment Agreement forms are in place and maintained for all consignment locations
What You Need:
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Inventory Control experience in a demanding fast-paced environment - preferred
- Validdriverslicense andgood drivingrecord
- Experiencein MS Outlook Excel Word and Access
- Experience with ERP systems (including data analysis pivot tables etc.)
- Ability to lift push pull and carry up to 50 lbs.
Preferred:
- Inventory Control experience
- Associates degree
$27.00/hr. $37.05 per hour plus bonus eligible benefits. Individual pay is based on skills experience and other relevant factors.
Travel Percentage: 20%
