SummaryPlanning andmanagingfield service scope ofprojects within budgettime and under consideration of all Field Service relevant aspects.
Responsibilities
Developsconceptsexecutionplansand cost estimatesfor field service scope of proposals.
Understandstechnical requirements as well aslegal/regional regulations.
Ensures availability of all required in site assessments.
Facilitatesclarifications with customers.
Preparesspecifications forpurchasedservices/supplies and evaluates bids/offers.
Identifiesrisks and opportunitiesduringproposalphase and defines contingency plans.
Facilitatesproject startup anddetailsfield service concept/plansduring project execution.
Participatesin design reviewmeetings and ensuresfield relateddesign considerations.
Develops and ensures availability ofprojectspecificproceduresandsafety assessments.
Determinessite layoutstooling/fixturesand site infrastructurerequirements.
Ensures availability of HSE and quality plans and documents.
Supportsproject managers andsite managers in executing the field service scope of projects.
Monitors target achievementregardingquality schedule costs andsupportscorrective actions.
Facilitates identification and allocation ofrequiredinternal and external resources.
Providestechnical support and advice to field sites.

Qualifications
University diploma in Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
Experience and technical understanding of TurbinesGeneratorsand balance of plant equipment.
Capable ofreading and interpreting blueprints specificationsschedulesand budgets.
Previousexperience as site manager orsupervisor on Hydro Turbine/GeneratorProjectan asset.
Project management experience.
Good communicationand interpersonalskills
Fully computer literate MS office suite.
Some travelling to various project sites is to be expected.
