Job Summary
About the Role:
We are looking for a Production/Plant Engineer to oversee and optimize manufacturing processes and plant operations. You will ensure that production runs efficiently safely and cost-effectively while maintaining high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and improve plant operations and production processes.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Implement efficiency cost-saving and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs of machinery and equipment.
- Work closely with production teams engineers and management to optimize output.
- Analyze performance data and prepare reports for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Industrial or Production Engineering.
- Experience in manufacturing plant operations or industrial engineering.
- Strong knowledge of production systems equipment maintenance and process optimization.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve mechanical and operational issues.
- Proficiency in engineering software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and team collaboration skills.
