Our client is currently on the lookout for an Administrative Assistant to join their close knit team! This family run distribution company is located in Christchurch. This role is well suited to someone who is confident working with figures and enjoys keeping systems organised and accurate. Someone who is honest and reliable will succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry and record maintenance
- Processing and managing accounts using MYOB
- Creating updating and maintaining spreadsheets
- General administrative and office support
- Ensuring accuracy of financial and numerical information
About You:
- Confident working with numbers and figures
- Experienced with MYOB and spreadsheet software (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Reliable honest and able to work independently
- Good time management and communication skills
