Your Team Your Impact
The Demand Planning team plays a critical role in driving accurate data-informed forecasts that support operational efficiency customer satisfaction and revenue growth. This team (1) drives the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process in partnership with Sales Marketing Finance and Supply Chain (2) collaborates closely with Business Units to capture market intelligence customer trends and new product introductions and (3) influences executive-level decisions with data-driven insights and scenario planning.What You Can Expect
- Responsible for improving demand forecast accuracy using advanced forecasting techniques
- Drive adoption and improvement of Statistical models using Machine Learning
- Analyze Market trends backlog bookings point-of-sales and etc. against historical trends to identify anomalies
- Create targeted forecasting techniques for various customer and product segmentation
- Publish and monitor supply chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Ad-hoc projects that involving cross-functional teams from Finance Sales and Product Marketing teams
What Were Looking For
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in supply chain data science or related fields with 8 years of related professional Demand Planning and/or Supply Chain experience OR Masters degree with 5 years of experience
- Demonstrable experience in implementing ML (Machine Learning) models for forecasting and integrating Market intelligence in the process
- Proficiency in MS Office suite; high proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI
Preferred Qualifications:
- Semiconductor Industry experience
- Experience in using LLM (Large Language Models) for forecasting
- Experience in guiding and coaching teams
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
106800 - 160000 $ per annumThe successful candidates starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills experience qualifications work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
