Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about real estate and committed to providing exceptional customer service while helping clients achieve their property goals.
Key Responsibilities
Client Services & Consultation
Conduct client consultations to understand requirements preferences and budget
Provide expert guidance on buying selling and investment opportunities
Maintain knowledge of local market trends neighborhoods and amenities
Deliver personalized service tailored to each clients needs
Sales & Marketing
Develop strategic marketing plans for property listings
Coordinate professional photography virtual tours and advertising campaigns
Leverage technology and marketing strategies to maximize property exposure
Network with potential buyers and maintain qualified prospect pipeline
Market Analysis & Investment Guidance
Stay current with industry trends and market opportunities
Provide market analysis for clients and investors
Offer expert advice on residential commercial and rental properties
Support both experienced investors and first-time buyers
Transaction Management
Guide clients through buying and selling processes
Coordinate with lenders inspectors appraisers and other professionals
Ensure proper documentation and legal compliance

Required Qualifications
