Job Summary
Job Position: OEM Sales Manager
Salary Up To RM20000
Location: Kulai i-Park
Job Descriptions:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Engage with OEM ODM customers and design houses channel partners to promote and design-in our products.
- Manage/oversee the entire project lifecycle from initial contract negotiation to product delivery.
- Monitor market trends industry developments and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments such as R&D supply chain and quality to ensure smooth completion of orders.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma in Electronics or a related field.
- Several years of sales experience working with OEM ODM design houses channel partners and contract manufacturers.
- Proven experience in design-in products with customers especially in the Semiconductor or Networking industries.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills capable of effectively engaging with customers.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese to communicate effectively with Chinese customers.
