Job Summary
The Field Team Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the field team ensuring services are executed safely efficiently and in accordance with company standards and customer expectations. This role serves as a key link between field operations and management ensuring high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement in field execution.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead support and supervise the day-to-day operations of the field services team.
- Monitor team performance provide feedback and ensure work is completed efficiently safely and to quality standards.
- Implement field service policies and procedures in coordination with the Field Services Manager.
- Provide hands-on guidance and coaching to field staff to promote skill development and high performance.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with onboarding training and performance evaluations of field staff.
- Maintain accurate records of field activities incidents and team performance metrics.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and make recommendations to management.
- Perform onsite Quality Compliance visits once per month or as the need dictates.
- Produce detailed and accurate reports.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
- 2 years of experience in a field operations or field supervisory role preferably in construction facilities or project-based services.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and experience managing field-based teams.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel Outlook).
Familiarity with field service software or work order management systems preferred.
Work Environment / Physical Requirements: Work is performed in both office and field environments with exposure to varying weather conditions.
Some overnight travel is required.
Requires frequent standing walking and use of hands; occasional climbing kneeling or lifting up to 20 pounds.
Requires use of standard office equipment and mobile communication devices.
Must be able to read understand and follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols.
