What Youll Do
As a Survey Helper youll support the survey crew on active construction sites. Youll play a key role in ensuring projects are built accurately and safely.
- Assist with layout staking and grade verification
- Hold prism poles grade rods and measuring tools
- Set stakes hubs and markers for construction layout
- Help mark elevations slopes and alignment points
- Support roadway utility and earthwork surveying
- Load transport and maintain survey equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and attend daily briefings
What Were Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid drivers license & reliable transportation
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and desire to learn a skilled trade
- Ability to work early mornings overtime and occasional weekends
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Stand walk bend kneel and work on uneven terrain
- Work in active construction zones and varying weather conditions
