JOB SUMMARY
A Brew Brothers barback is responsible for basic prep work behind the bar stocking of all alcohol product and any assistance needed by bartender or Brewmaster.
Responsibilities
HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY
- Responsible for stocking bars with liquor beer fruit mixes straws napkins ice cleaning products all other products required in the day-to-day operation of the bar.
- Will assist bartenders during breaks.
- Keep records of inventory transfers.
- All other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Previous bar experience a plus. Must be able to work in a fast paced physically demanding environment.
- Must be physically able to lift up to 30lbs bend stoop climb and reach with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must be detail-oriented and organized in order to maintain records of inventory transfers.
- Must be able to stand/walk/ sit for extended periods. May be exposed to working in a noisy smoke/secondary smoke environment.
- Must be at least 19. Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate licensing. Must be able to pass a background investigation. Subject to pre-employment drug screening.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds
- Ability to bend stoop twist reach and kneel repetitively
- Ascend and descend stairs and maintain equilibrium for an extended period
- Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period
- Ability to work in a smoking and pet-friendly environment
