Job Description
Personal Lines Producer
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate new employer group relationships
- Expand the number of participating groups
- Perform on-site visits for existing and prospective groups
- Quote and close new personal lines business
- Provide RMV services for produced clients
- Maintain strong follow-up systems to maximize group lead conversion
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Generate new group partnerships through cold calling cold emailing and in-person prospecting
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of personal lines insurance experience
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license
- Highly driven and self-motivated
- Outgoing and personable with strong relationship-building skills
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule
- Willing to travel and visit employer groups regularly
- Motivated by commission-based earning potential
- Comfortable generating new opportunities through cold outreach (phone email and in-person visits) and building relationships from scratch
Preferred Qualifications
- Applied Epic experience
- Singlepoint experience
