You will be responsible forproduction planning of SKUs on specific manufacturingassets. You will conduct mid- and long-term planning through to finitescheduling. You will also work closely with plant operations suppliers and demand to ensure aproper flow of information and operational execution.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Develop short- and long-term end-to-end supply chain plans for itemsproduced internally and externally
- Meet your KPIs including (but not limited to) meeting or exceeding customer fill rate delivering finishedgoods inventories at or below target levels and meeting waste objectives
- Perform root-cause analysis for continuous improvement of the plan
- Maintain the integrity of system data and information for supply planning
- Deliver master and detailed schedules and long-range plans (including capacityconsiderations)and material requirement plans by using system tools
- Support and implement improvements in the planning arena to improve customer fill rateinventory targets and waste reduction to meet company KPIs

- Experience in FMCG/CPG environment preferably food or other fast moving dynamic industrywhere shelf life is a constraint
- Experience in an IBP/S&OP environment

- Team player who can work with many other functions on a daily basis

What you need to know about this position:
Supply planner Biscuits Morocco and Levant has to manage the generation of replenishment and production forecasting information for Morocco sites as well as for our co-manufacturing site in Tunisia ensuring accuracy of information and timeliness of publication and ensuring that mid- to long-term supply plan is in line with business plans. Optimize inventory across the supply chain.
Education / Certifications:
- Master a degree in Supply chain Engineering.
- Supply chain certification is a plus.
Job specific requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Supply chain preferably in planning.
- Proficiency in Excel SAP APO
- Analytical skills in the tracking reconciliation of data and development of Management Reporting to facilitate informed Business Decision Making.
- Numerate and Technical skills to ensure robustness and integrity of the high volume of data produced.
- Deliver cash cost and service levels in line with targets
- Change Management skills
- Communication Skills and Team Player characteristics.
