About the position
We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer with a strong technical foundation to work on developing an application in the fintech / financial management space involving external integrations and handling large volumes of data.
Your main responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end features (backend and frontend);
- Build and evolve REST APIs;
- Work with data modeling and query optimization;
- Integrate with external APIs (e.g. Plaid);
- Ensure code quality testing and technical standards;
- Participate in architectural decisions.

Minimum knowledge skills and abilities required
- 5 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer;
- Strong experience with TypeScript (4 years including API design and production systems);
- Solid experience with React / (3 years building scalable frontends);
- Practical experience with PostgreSQL (data modeling and query optimization);
- Strong experience designing and maintaining REST APIs in production environments;
- Practical knowledge of authentication and security (e.g. JWT access control common web vulnerabilities);
- Hands-on experience with Docker (building images running containers managing environments);
- Good technical decision-making skills;
- Proactive problem solving skills.

Schedule
Mon - Fri 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (East-time)
The position is full-time which means that you must be available every working day between 9 am and 5 pm EST due to time-zone changing according to Daylight saving time in the United States.
