Job Summary
Staff Physical Therapists are responsible for direct patient care evaluating and treating a variety of individuals based upon setting. The successful candidate will exhibit strong: customer service skills clinical skills documentation and patient outcomes. They must practice with high moral and professional standards and be driven toward continuous professional development. Effective time management and teamwork skills are an essential quality that will allow success in contributing to the operation of the Health System. Have responsibilities towards supervision and development of assistants involved in the care of their patients. Primarily outpatient caseloads in a rural health setting so can include ortho neuro and ages 10-100. Role Specifics: Outpatient based 1-on-1 care Epic documentation Float to inpatient occasionally. Clinic hours: 7a-7p Shift: 36-40 hours/week; Monday-Friday need evening hours - will work with candidate to determine best schedule (3x12s 4x10s or variable 8s) No weekends no holidays no call
