Job Summary
Do you enjoy planning and taking ownership of helping a clients vision come to life We help coordinate with some of the best venues clients and vendors in the state and strive to provide top notch service and memorable event experiences. Everything from themed food displays unique designs custom menus and more are skills we bring to the table for each of our clients.
We are looking for energetic and organized catering captains that have a passion for food and events. Full-service catering background is preferred with specialties or interest in weddings and social events as a plus.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Venue walk throughs
- Driving to and from venues as necessary
- Vendor coordination
- Client meetings
- Preliminary event logistics
- Packing up necessary equipment
- Onsite management of serving and bartending staff
- Being clients main point of contact
Helping a client to pick out and design color schemes/eating ware/tablescape
Each day and each event are different! For example you could be working a small/intimate dinner of executives a large 800-person gala or even an action-packed award show. If you like staying on your toes this is the job for you! We pride ourselves on a fun work environment and getting the privilege to serve in the best venues around town.
Must have excellent communication skills attention to detail and an eye for design.
Must have an open and flexible schedule (M-F). Weekend availability is needed.
*** You will be expected to drive large vans and box trucks.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $25.00 per hour (plus gratuity)
