Job Summary
Our role in Solution Consulting is to partner with our customers to understand their strategic business and financial challenges and to clearly articulate how Unit4s solutions enable measurable valuedriven outcomes.
To shape the right solution you will lead indepth discovery and valuebased discussions gaining a deep understanding of customers financial operational and organizational priorities. You will challenge perspectives when needed and act as the customers voice throughout the sales process.
You will engage as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders including CFOs and finance leadership teams helping them connect business strategy financial governance and transformation goals to longterm value creation.
Working closely with Account Executives as a strategic counterpart you will shape deal strategy build compelling business cases and clearly communicate the financial and operational impact of Unit4s worldclass solutions.
As part of a modern and evolving buying journey you will contribute to executivelevel presentations solution workshops and valuefocused demonstrations ensuring clarity relevance and impact at every stage.
Qualifications :
You are likely to succeed in this role if you:
- Bring a strong academic foundation in Economics Industrial Engineering and Management Industrial Economics or a related field.
- Have several years of senior professional experience in roles such as Controller Finance Manager Financial Analyst or similar with deep exposure to financial governance business processes systems and executive stakeholders.
- Are comfortable engaging in strategic value-based conversations with senior decision-makers including CFOs and finance leadership and can translate complex business challenges into clear outcome-driven solutions.
- Have experience leading high-impact solution workshops executive presentations and demonstrations with a strong focus on business value and long-term customer success
- Are passionate about solutions and value creation and act as a trusted partner to Account Executives shaping deal strategy challenging assumptions and clearly articulating the value of Unit4s world-class solutions.
- Work confidently both independently and collaboratively taking ownership at a senior level while contributing to a broader cross-functional go-to-market team.
- Communicate with impact and credibility and speak fluent Swedish and English both spoken and written.
