Job Summary
- Job Title: Jetty Operator
- Job Type: Part Time 24 hours per week (Two 12 hour shifts variable days)
- Job Location: Belfast
- Hourly rate: 18358

As a Jetty Operator youll be responsible for undertaking Terminal & Jetty operations ensuring that operational and client requirements are met and in compliance with Client and SGS procedures. You will also ensure that tasks are carried out in a safe and efficient manner minimising any potential hazards allowing the safe discharge of vessels at various locations.
Key Accountabilities;
- Help vessels dock safely and oversee the transfer of oil and gas products.
- Monitor storage tanks to make sure theres no underfilling or overfilling.
- Keep the jetty clean and safe.
- Carry out safety checks before and after ships arrive.
- Report any safety issues or incidents.
Qualifications :
Experience isnt required for this role. What matters is that youre comfortable working varied hours have good availability and are prepared for a physically demanding outdoor job.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work outdoors and handle physically demanding tasks.
- Willingness to work varied hours including nights and weekends.
- A valid driving license.
