WHO ARE YOU
- Experienced in Sales Ops: You have solid experience supporting a sales department and understand the rhythm of a high-impact sales organization. You have experience supporting the end-to-end customer journey from onboarding to payment.
- A Process Architect: You dont just follow rules; you develop the processes and procedures that make daily life easier for everyone involved.
- Analytical and Detail-Oriented: You thrive on ensuring the integrity of sales metrics and can transform raw data into insights that drive results.
- Technically Savvy: You are comfortable defining requirements for sales support systems (CRM experience is a requirement).
- A Proactive Communicator: You have the ability to translate complex operational needs into simple instructions for stakeholders across the business.
WHAT IS THE JOB LIKE
Your mission is to bridge the gap between sales strategy and execution. You arent just supportyou are a strategic partner for the department.
- Daily Life: On a typical day you will collaborate closely with the team to prioritize daily tasks. We set weekly plans together and follow up continuously on progress and potential hurdles. Tasks range from directly answering customer inquiries to supporting the finance department with invoicing.
- Key Projects: You will participate in defining requirements for next-generation sales support systems and streamlining our internal work processes.
- Stakeholders: You will work closely with sales managers account managers tech and product teams (for system integrations) and the finance department to ensure seamless invoicing and payments.
The challenge that becomes your opportunity:Currently some of our processes are manual and data can be fragmented across different platforms. This is where you come in. You will be a key contributor in building structure where there is currently ambiguity transforming operational noise into a streamlined automated machine.
