Alfafam Management Consulting is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Data Entry Clerk you will be responsible for entering updating and maintaining accurate data within our systems to support our operations and client projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data accurately into the companys database system
- Verify the accuracy of data and make necessary corrections
- Generate reports and summaries based on the data entered
- Organize and maintain files and records efficiently
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in data entry or related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desired Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative role
- Experience working with CRM systems or databases
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
