XYZ has grown to over 100 staff across the UK US & Europe and is working with Mission Critical organisations & construction companies to successfully deliver major projects.
Role Summary
The Site Engineer is responsible for delivering XYZ Realitys core service on construction projects. This includes tracking construction progress against BIM models performing quality inspections on-site and submitting findings to the client through the XYZ platform.
This role requires individuals with practical construction experience who can quickly adopt XYZ Realitys technology and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Track construction progress against BIM models using XYZs Augmented Reality Device The Atom.
Conduct on-site quality inspections and raise observations on the XYZ Platform.
Ensure these QA Issues are submitted to the client on a daily basis.
Be responsible for the quality of your work ensuring that it follows outlined workflows and standards.
Maintain high levels of data accuracy and reporting standards.
Collaborate with other engineers on-site to ensure full coverage of the project.
Support the Lead Engineer in maintaining operational standards.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience working on construction sites.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Comfortable working with digital tools and software platforms.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced site environment.
Basic IT Skills (Microsoft Suite).

Essential: You must have a clean criminal record and be willing to undergo background checks and drugs tests due to security requirements of the projects we work on.
This is a permanent role. Ongoing assignments will be subject to project availability and the candidates flexibility to travel or relocate.
