TheFinancial Adviser Services (FAS)Enablement teamis the strategic partner behind adviser success.

We collaborate acrossall ofFAS to champion what matters most for advisers-advocating for their needs removing friction and delivering the solutions that help them excel. Our work spans:

Business Strategy: practice managementexpertiseand handson implementation support

Investment Strategy: researchdriven insights and marketleading solutions

Portfolio Construction: practical tools and frameworks that empower highquality advice

Team & Operational Enablement: learning systemstechnologyand waysofworking that lift capability across FAS

As a trusted voice of the adviser we shape and deliver the outcomes that drive both adviser and client success.

Core Responsibilities

Ensure our B2B CRM data isaccurateand up to date. This involves exception handling and actioning updates as requested by the business.

Change Management support as new features are delivered. This includes training material and in-person support.

Work collaboratively with the Technology teams based both here in Australia as well as in the USA and UK.

Collaborate with the FAS Product Owner to provide business value. This includes production release support.

What are we looking for in the ideal candidate

Ideallythe candidate will have some experience in a sales team environment understanding how a sales teamutilisesa Sales CRM system (e.g.weuseMicrosoftDynamics - Sales).

Someone who is comfortable communicating with business users and supporting their needs.

Previousexperience with understanding business needs and translating them into requirements for Technology teams.

Has an understanding ofdata relationships and is comfortable using Microsoft Excel formulas to make necessary updates.

Ideally someone with testing experience especially User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
