How Youll Make an Impact
- Gain handson experience supporting weld engineering and automation projects
- Learn through realworld tasks and mentorship from experienced engineers
- Assist with lab work testing and documentation in a timely and thorough manner
- Collaborate with crossfunctional team members on active projects
- Learn and apply basic programming and technical skills related to welding and automation
- Take on a variety of assignments that support your development and the teams goals
- Build confidence as you grow your technical and professional skill set

What Youll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current enrollment in an accredited engineering program (welding mechanical controls or related discipline)
- Basic proficiency or exposure to CAD and GD&T
- Interest in welding automation controls or mechanical design
- Exposure to robotic programming and basic weld inspection concepts preferred
- Strong willingness to learn stay on task and manage time with guidance
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
