This position plays an important part in creating a safe structured and nurturing environment for our preschool and elementary To: Childcare DirectorQualifications-Must meet State of Michigan Child Care Licensing requirements for staff-First Aid/CPR/BBP/AED certification (training provided at no cost)-Experience working with preschool and elementary-aged children preferredKey Responsibilities-Ensure compliance with all federal state county school and diocesan childcare regulations-Maintain a safe structured and positive environment for students-Monitor and manage childrens personal belongings-Follow and uphold school policies and procedures-Maintain accurate daily sign-in/sign-out records in accordance with state guidelines-Promote appropriate student behavior to ensure safety and well-being-Support and implement childcare program activities aligned with established guidelines-Collaborate with the Childcare Director and teaching staff to support programming-Clearly communicate expectations policies and consequences to studentsNote: This is not an exhaustive list of Information-Start Date: Immediate-Position Type: Full-time school-year position with potential for year-round employment-Compensation: Based on education and experience within MCCs operating budget-Posting Date: March 17 2026-Application Process: Interested applicants should submit a letter of interest resume and references directly to Jodie Railling at
