Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking dedicated and compassionateCertified Medication Assistants (CMA / MA-C)for temporary assignments at state-operated long-term care facilities. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-quality resident care while working in a supportive healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Assist residents with daily care and treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support resident well-being
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Promote a safe clean and comfortable environment for residents
Qualifications
- Active Wyoming Medication Aide Certification (MA-C) required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of state-approved medication aide training program
- Ability to work flexible as-needed shifts
- Willingness to travel or relocate for assignment duration
- Two recent professional references required
