Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for temporary assignments at state-operated long-term care facilities. This role offers an excellent opportunity to deliver high-quality patient care while gaining valuable clinical experience in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient/resident care in accordance with established care plans
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing dressing and mobility
- Monitor patient conditions and promptly report any changes to the care team
- Support care plan implementation and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Adhere to all facility policies as well as state and federal regulations
- Maintain a safe clean and respectful environment for residents
Qualifications
- Active CNA license (or eligibility; must be obtained prior to start)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work temporary assignments and travel/relocate if required
- Strong communication interpersonal and patient care skills
- Two professional references from the past three years
