Barista
$29.00 per hour 25% Casual Loading

The Position:
- Lead by example with high quality and exceptional customer service.
- Comfortable producing high-quality consistent coffees with speed
- Excellent communication with great customer service skills.
- Ensuring that the machine is maintained at optimal efficiency.
- Calibrating the grind at regular intervals.
- Provide a warm friendly and welcoming style of service to our amazing customers.
The Person:
- Proven Barista experience
- Experience in a fast-paced café style setting
- Both a team player and able to work autonomously
- Outstanding grooming standards and personal presentation
- High standard of work ethics and reliability
