Job Summary
Overview
We are seeking a high-performing dental professional to provide leadership support across our offices in Haverford Media and Wyncote PA with a clear pathway to step into a Practice Manager role as business needs evolve.
This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in dental office operationsparticularly those with experience as a Treatment Coordinator or Patient Service Representativewho are ready to grow into a leadership position. While prior supervisory experience is a plus we are primarily seeking candidates who demonstrate leadership potential strong operational awareness and the ability to drive both team performance and patient experience.
In this position you will serve as a key point of contact for office teams partnering closely with leadership to ensure effective communication consistency across locations and overall operational support. The ideal candidate is highly organized adaptable and confident in managing multiple priorities while leading in a positive solutions-oriented manner.
Responsibilities
The following office Supervisor duties are noted; however other duties may be assigned:
- Drive office performance by managing patient scheduling staff productivity collections receivables referral processes and overall operational efficiency
- Oversee office financials including budgeting supply management lab expenses and labor costs
- Support new patient growth through marketing initiatives patient experience and case acceptance strategies
- Recruit hire and develop high-performing teams focused on delivering exceptional patient care
- Provide leadership and ongoing performance management including coaching feedback and development planning
- Serve as a key communication liaison between leadership and office teams to ensure alignment and consistency across locations
- Manage administrative operations including reporting deposits payroll bonus tracking accounts receivable and invoice processing with accuracy and timeliness
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements including OSHA standards and maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Oversee insurance and payment processes supporting team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain a safe clean and fully operational office environment addressing issues proactively
- Partner closely with doctors to foster a collaborative high-performing leadership environment
- Address patient team member and provider concerns with professionalism and urgency
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Extensive experience in a dental office environment (Treatment Coordinator PSR or similar role)
- Demonstrated leadership ability with or without formal management title
- Strong working knowledge of dental insurance treatment planning and case acceptance
- Proven ability to manage patient relationships and support office performance
- Highly organized detail-oriented and solutions-driven
- Willingness to travel to support multiple locations including Bonita Springs (travel reimbursement provided)
